UAB "Fakto" autocentras, the official representative of Nissan, Hyundai and Citroen cars in Vilnius, is looking for a service manager for the Citroen/Hyundai division.

Job description:
- Receive and clarify customer needs for service services;
- Clarify and formulate the customer's need and transfer it to the service staff;
- Inform the customer about the service services provided, their duration, price;
- Administration of documents and data related to service activities;
- Organization of service work and efficiency control.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (preferably technical, engineering);
- Knowledge of the structure of the car
- Experience in customer service is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;
- Responsible approach to work quality;
- Good computer skills;
- Driving experience and category B driver's license;
- Communicability, initiative, foresight, quick reaction and orientation to results;
- Ability to independently plan, organize and control one's activities.
