Service (agricultural machinery) work coordinator

We are looking for a colleague who will help ensure smooth management of service work and discipline throughout the department. Your daily responsibilities would be:

▼ Monitor and manage the status of assigned service work in the Frontu system;
▼ Actively communicate with responsible employees (mechanics, engineers, team leaders) to ensure timely movement and execution of work, timely communication with customers;
▼ Ensure that after assigning work to a mechanic, the customer is contacted as quickly as possible and the time and date of work completion are agreed;
▼ Identify process disruptions and recurring problems, provide suggestions for their resolution;
▼ If necessary, replace the service administrator.

▼ Have strong technical knowledge, whether acquired in a formal education institution or simply out of interest in technology;
▼ Have similar work experience or the skills necessary to perform this job (we will consider it an advantage);
▼ Are responsible, have a quick reaction time and enjoy working in a team;
▼ Have good computer skills;
▼ Able to communicate with clients/colleagues calmly, clearly and professionally;
▼ Have a category B driver's license.

1300-1600 €/mon. net
The salary we will agree on depends on your experience and qualifications.
