Customers come to our service centers with car damage. We strive to resolve them by ensuring the highest customer service and promptness in resolving non-standard situations and problems that arise.

Nature of work
- Coordination and approval of service orders;
- Ordering car parts and monitoring the progress of orders;
- Ensuring the accuracy of orders, checking information and administering data;
- Prompt resolution of problems in cooperation with suppliers, service centers, insurance companies and other partners;
- Resolving and administering warranty complaints;
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making suggestions.
We are waiting for your resume and motivation letter if you:
- Able to clarify the situation and want to solve it by helping the client;
- Have knowledge about the structure of the car;
- Able to find a common language even with very different people;
- Able to manage a conversation in a stressful/conflict situation;
- Able to perform tasks in an organized manner;
- Able to work in a team;
- Can read and write in English;
- Have experience in the insurance field (an advantage).
