We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded Service Network Manager with strong leadership skills to be responsible for managing the heavy vehicle service network operations in the Baltic States. In this position, you will be responsible for the operational efficiency of 7 service stations, improving results, developing the management team and expanding service offerings.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of the activities of 7 heavy vehicle service stations and ensuring efficient work in the Baltic States;
- Implementation of strategic goals of the service network and analysis of performance results;
- Development of the service management team, coordination of activities and strengthening of leadership;
- Analysis of operational efficiency, profitability and quality indicators and implementation of improvement initiatives;
- Initiation and implementation of measures for the growth of service sales and improvement of customer service quality;
- Development of new customer attraction strategies and strengthening of long-term relationships with existing customers;
- Supervision and control of service and parts pricing;
- Supervision of contract execution, assurance of service quality and control of customer claims management;
- Ensuring budget planning, cost control and operational optimization;
- Coordination of the overdue debt control process together with the responsible departments;
- Collaboration with managers and group administration in other countries, ensuring adherence to uniform standards.
Requirements for the candidate:
- At least 3-5 years of management experience in the field of maintenance, service or transportation;
- Experience in managing multiple departments or regional operations would be a great advantage;
- Strong leadership, team management and employee development skills;
- Ability to make strategic decisions and effectively manage change;
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills;
- Analytical thinking, result orientation and business awareness;
- Experience in sales or business development would be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian.
