Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Šiauliai regional sales manager to the Artea lizingas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will develop and maintain a network of business partners in the Šiauliai and Panevėžys regions.
• You will actively seek new cooperation opportunities and business partners.
• You will consult business partners on financing solutions for the Artea Bank Group.
• You will negotiate terms of cooperation.
• You will analyze the regional sales results and implement sales goals.
• You will build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners and customers.
• You will represent the bank at meetings, events and in the business community.
• You will monitor market trends and provide suggestions for improving operations.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development or working with business customers.
• Negotiation, communication and sales skills.
• Ability to independently plan activities and achieve set goals.
• Analytical thinking.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian, both spoken and written.

Advantages:

• Experience in the finance, banking, leasing or insurance sector.
• Experience working with a network of business partners, intermediaries or points of sale.
• English language proficiency.
