Nature of work:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the clinic in the Šiauliai region and ensure smooth work organization.
- Lead the team: set goals, provide feedback, develop and motivate employees.
- Plan personnel needs, participate in employee selection and help new colleagues integrate into the team.
- Coordinate the work schedules of doctors, assistants and administration and the effective use of working time.
- Monitor performance indicators, analyze results and implement performance improvement solutions.
- Take care of the quality of patient service, manage feedback and resolve emerging situations.
- Ensure compliance with agreed work processes and service standards.
