Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Retail Store Manager who would be able to effectively organize the activities of our retail store in Šiauliai city (including sales and the entire region). The manager's tasks: to ensure smooth operation of the store, motivate the team, focus on exceptional customer service and contribute to the implementation of the company's strategic goals. In this position, we expect that the manager will help strengthen our competitive advantage and ensure the achievement of financial indicators.

- Leadership and team motivation: employee development, promotion of engagement, organization of training.
- Work organization: planning store activities, delegation of tasks, monitoring performance.
- Customer service and sales: active management of customer flow, improvement of sales processes.
- Understanding warehouse processes: management of goods flows, inventory control, close cooperation with the warehouse manager.
- Strategic planning: competitive environment analysis, suggestions for improving purchasing and sales strategy.
- Financial management: ensuring store profitability, analysis and optimization of performance indicators (KPI).
- Compliance with strict requirements: task control, employee performance assessment, corrective actions.
- Decision-making: ability to dismiss inefficient employees in a timely manner, formation of a strong and professional team.
Employee requirements
The manager must have the skills to lead the team forward: actively engage in daily activities, customer service, motivate team members and focus on a common goal.
Experience in the B2C and B2B segment is required, i.e. be able to make sales to B2B and B2C customers.
Good knowledge of English;
Have experience working with personnel: selection and dismissal process, motivation systems, scheduling;
Be able to use Excel and other systems requiring IT knowledge well;
Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage time;
Creativity, initiative and result orientation;
4-5 years of management experience;
There is no opportunity for remote work.

The company offers
A car is assigned after working hours and on weekends (for an additional fee in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania). During working hours, the car will be used by the department's employees to perform sales tasks, i.e. visiting customers, visiting facilities, etc.
