The Sales Department is inviting a Northern Region Manager to join, who will ensure that one third of the B2C segment achieves its goals, customers are satisfied, and the people working in the team are engaged. If you want challenges, join us!

We hope that you will be interested in:
- coordinating the work of team managers and effectively planning and distributing work resources to ensure that your region achieves both quantitative and qualitative goals;
- forming your own management team, developing it (you will work with a team of 7 sales team managers), helping them organize their own and their teams' work;
- regularly visiting regional showrooms, noticing strengths and at the same time discovering untapped sales opportunities;
- coordinating change initiatives from communication to implementation, ensuring the quality and continuity of processes;
- provide insights and suggestions in finding new strategies for selling and making sales processes more efficient.
We expect that you:
- have 2 years of experience working in a similar position (retail experience is an advantage);
- have examples that demonstrate your successful leadership skills in leading a management team;
- feel comfortable working and implementing changes in a highly dynamic environment;
- have analytical skills and a good understanding of sales KPIs, how a sales organization functions and business processes work;
- speak Lithuanian and English (verbally and in writing);
- drive your own car.
