Nature of work
- To supervise the heat points, internal heating and hot water supply systems of the assigned objects, to ensure their reliable, economical operation, proper technical condition and to manage documentation in accordance with contracts;
- To carry out control of the input heat meters of the assigned objects, to analyze accounting data;
- To register the readings of heat and hot water metering devices in the data management system;
- To organize and carry out the localization and elimination of malfunctions and accidents of the assigned heat points and internal systems;
- To provide consumers with information about the supply of heat energy, its efficient use, and to advise on energy saving issues orally and in writing.
Employee requirements
At least secondary education and/or acquired professional qualification;
Experience in the heat supply or energy sector;
Good computer skills (calculators, document management systems, Internet browsers, etc.);
Experience working with payment data processing and analysis systems;
Category B driver's license;
Experience in plumbing work is an advantage.
