The Kaunas branch of Caverion Lietuva's construction management services business is responsible for ensuring construction management and administration, maintenance of technical engineering systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply, sewage, electricity, weak currents, constructions, etc.) in the region.
Daily challenges:
- maintenance of heating, gas, water supply and sewage systems
- performance of scheduled - current, preventive works
- preparation of heating units for the heating season
- troubleshooting, emergency liquidation
- pipeline installation works
Requirements:
- technical education
- similar work experience
- knowledge of heating, plumbing systems
- knowledge of gas systems (advantage)
- ability to perform pipeline welding work (advantage)
- ability to work independently and in a team
- driver's license

- 1700 – 2200 EUR/month, excluding taxes. The salary depends on the candidate's work experience and skills. In case of higher financial expectations, negotiations are possible depending on the candidate's competencies and experience.
