What you will do when you join our team:
- You will train new and existing drivers to work with silo semi-trailers.
- You will familiarize drivers with the processes of loading, transporting and unloading bulk products.
- You will practically learn to use the compressor, hoses, valves and other semi-trailer equipment.
- You will explain the requirements for safe work and help avoid the most common mistakes.
- You will assess the practical skills of drivers and provide recommendations for their improvement.
- You will help new drivers smoothly prepare for independent work.
- You will consult drivers on daily technical and work organization issues.
- You will cooperate with transport managers, technical and other teams.
- You will contribute to the preparation and updating of driver training materials, instructions and work standards.
- You will go with drivers to practical training and trips as needed.
What do we expect from you:
- Practical experience in working with silo semi-trailers and transporting bulk products.
- Valid CE category driver's license.
- Good knowledge of the principles of operation of silo semi-trailers, loading and unloading processes.
- Ability to convey practical knowledge clearly, patiently and understandably.
- Responsible attitude to work safety, technology and quality of work.
- Ability to independently plan work and solve problems constructively.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with drivers with different experience.
- Knowledge of Russian and English.
- Ability to go on business trips as needed.
