Nature of work
✅ Technical maintenance of low-voltage facilities carried out by the company, preparation and implementation of periodic inspection plans;
✅ Maintenance, operation, management of building management systems;
✅ Communication with clients and their consultation on technical issues;
✅ If necessary - preparation of work estimates;
✅ Identification of faults and defects, and if possible, their elimination.

Employee requirements
✅ Higher (non-)university engineering education;
✅ Good communication skills;
✅ Carefulness, diligence, independence, initiative, ability to work independently and in a team;
✅ Good understanding of low-current circuits and operating principles;
✅ Knowledge of HVAC systems is an advantage;
✅ Ability to use devices necessary for system failure identification;
✅ Driver's license - B cat. (main objects in Vilnius, Kaunas, Druskininkai);
✅ Ability to read technical documentation in English.

✅ Carefulness, diligence, independence, initiative, ability to work independently and in a team;
✅ Good understanding of low-current circuits and operating principles;
