The Vilnius branch of Caverion Lietuva's construction management services business is responsible for the management and administration of construction management and maintenance of technical engineering systems (heating, water supply, sewage, electricity, weak currents, structures, ventilation and air conditioning, etc.) in the region.
Daily challenges:
Maintenance of fire extinguishing, fire and security alarm, video surveillance, access control systems:
- control of scheduled - current, preventive work
- localization of faults and accidents and organization of liquidation
- installation, programming of new systems
- preparation of proposals for modernization and expansion of systems
Requirements:
- engineering education in the fields of electronics, automation
- experience in similar work
- technical thinking, diligence, responsibility, ability to delegate work
- driver's license
