Nature of work
- Maintenance of heating and hot water systems in apartment buildings;
- Maintenance and technical service of building heating points;
- Preparation of heating points for the heating season and their maintenance;
- Identification of defects in heating point equipment and heating systems and organization of their elimination;
- Recording of heating point readings;
- Filling in technical documentation, preparation of certificates and reports;
- Communication with residents and contractors in resolving heating issues.
We hope you
- Have a technical education (in the field of heat energy, engineering or similar);
- Have a certificate of responsibility for the maintenance of the heating industry;
- Have work experience in the field of maintenance of the heating industry, heating systems or plumbing;
- Be able to independently identify faults and make decisions;
- Have good computer skills;
- Have a category B driver's license;
- Be responsible, organized and result-oriented.
