- Ensure smooth operation of boiler houses, heat networks and related facilities;
- Plan repair, maintenance and modernization works;
- Organize troubleshooting and emergency situations;
- Coordinate work with contractors, suppliers and other institutions;
- Participate in planning and implementing company projects;
- Control the procedure for technical documentation and work execution;
- Provide proposals for increasing the efficiency of activities and improving the facility.
