Head of Heat Generation and Energy Department

You will assess the condition of the heat production and supply system, identify potential threats and eliminate them.
You will analyze the efficiency of boilers, fuel consumption, heat losses and other indicators, assessing their causes. You will make decisions on how to apply them in practice.
You will make decisions on the organization of team work. The need for equipment operation, repair and investment.
You will set priorities for managing the heat infrastructure, assess risks and ensure uninterrupted heat supply.
You will base decisions on technical assessment and economic logic, taking into account their impact on the price of heat.
You will organize the work of the department, distribute responsibilities and ensure that the decisions made are implemented on time.

Higher or equivalent technical education in energy, energy engineering or another related field. Practical experience in heating, energy or engineering infrastructure management. Ability to analyze data, assess its significance and make decisions. Responsibility and ability to organize work.
