- to lead the team of maintenance and repair workers of the heat farm;
- ensure maintenance of the house's engineering systems (heating and pipelines);
- ensure the timeliness and quality of maintenance work;
- to clarify the causes of malfunctions and to take measures for their prevention;
- to carry out the operation of the heating system and pipeline of multi-apartment houses in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and other regulations.
