Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the entire heat industry of the company;
- Ensure reliable and efficient operation of biofuel and gas boiler houses, heat networks and related equipment;
- Plan heat production and purchase according to demand, weather conditions and energy prices;
- Analyze fuel and heat consumption, production efficiency, losses and heat cost;
- Organize technical maintenance, prevention and repairs of equipment;
- Analyze failures, determine their causes and implement preventive measures;
- Organize and control the work of boiler house employees;
- Ensure compliance with legal acts, employee safety, fire and environmental requirements and management of necessary technical documentation;
- Participate in the preparation of operating, repair and investment budgets;
- Initiate and implement heat industry modernization and energy efficiency projects;
- Cooperate with contractors, equipment suppliers, energy suppliers and regulatory authorities.
Employee requirements
- Technical education in energy, thermal engineering, mechanics or a similar field;
- Practical knowledge of heat production, boiler houses, heat networks or industrial energy;
- Ability to understand technological schemes and technical documentation;
- Ability to organize the work of technical personnel and make decisions independently;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate energy consumption, production and cost data;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
