Main responsibilities:
- Mediate between IT specialists, system suppliers and system users, ensuring the correct and fast operation of the system used in the activities
- Consult and assist system users in resolving issues arising regarding the use of the system, organize training and professional development
- Constantly be interested in the processes, needs and changes of activities related to the system. After analyzing them, propose solutions and implement them with the help of the used system
- Monitor data transmitted through system interfaces and ensure their correctness in cooperation with activities and IT specialists
- Ensure the formulation, updating and application of rules in the used system
- Administer the number of system users, take care of granting and revoking access rights
- Ensure continuous compliance with obligations with the system supplier
What do we expect?
- Higher education
- Experience working with information systems (administration, maintenance or development)
- Experience in cooperating with IT specialists and/or external suppliers
- Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and propose solutions
- Good communication skills - ability to clearly convey information to both technical and non-technical users
- Fluent Lithuanian, English at least B2 level
- Independence, responsibility, experience in organizing training or consulting users (would be an advantage)
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package skills, including the creation and use of Excel Macros
