Nature of work
- ensure the smooth implementation of changes in the projects and information systems of the System Management Department;
- ensure the quality of project implementation, control, risk management and coordination of links between projects;
- plan and manage the budget of the System Management Project Group, ensuring the effective use of funds, cost control and justification of budget needs;
- form, monitor and periodically update the long-term plan for the development of projects and information systems of the System Management Department, ensuring its compatibility with operational needs, strategic priorities and available resources;
- coordinate the initiation of new projects of the System Management Department;
- ensure monitoring and control of the implementation of the guidelines of the System Management Department's activity plan;
- ensure management of the entire life cycle of the System Management Information Systems;
- ensure smooth communication with operational units, IT teams and external contractors;
- organize the work of the System Management Project Group, allocate responsibilities, coordinate tasks, and train employees.
Employee requirements
- higher university education in the field of technology or IT;
- work experience in implementing investment projects in information systems;
- experience in implementing large-scale information systems integration, data exchange or business process automation projects involving matrix teams: business units, IT teams and external suppliers;
- experience in initiating, preparing or coordinating public procurement for the implementation of IT projects;
- knowledge of IT service management and IT systems analysis, testing, implementation and maintenance processes;
- skills in managing a project portfolio and working with strategic projects;
- excellent skills in working with MS Office and MS Project;
- excellent oral and written English;
- excellent communication skills, result orientation and initiative.
Advantages:

- knowledge of agile methodology and experience in applying it in project management;
- experience in managing projects in the field of electricity or other critical infrastructure;
- experience in leading a team of project managers.
