You will be responsible for:
- Maintenance and stable operation of clients' IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security systems);
- Configure, optimize and troubleshoot networks and servers (Windows, Linux);
- Ensure data backups, monitor and regularly test them using automated systems;
- Monitor IT systems (Zabbix, etc.) and promptly resolve any problems that arise in real time;
- Document IT infrastructure and procedures (topologies, configurations, backup plans);
- Cooperate with communication, IT service and technology providers (contracts, SLA compliance, problem escalation);
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects (installation of new technologies, infrastructure updates, development);
- Perform other work related to IT infrastructure management.
Requirements for the candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in systems administration;
- Network technology and firewall administration skills;
- Microsoft Windows Server and Linux administration skills;
- Experience working with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V/VMware/vSphere) and their administration;
- Experience working with MS SQL databases and their administration;
- Ability to manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and SCOM;
- Experience in installing and managing security systems (IPS/IDS/DDOS/XDR);
- Experience working with monitoring and alerting systems (Zabbix);
- Good technical English skills (reading, documentation);
- Ability to work independently, responsibly organize work and effectively solve problems.
Additional advantages:
- Experience with network security solutions (FortiGate/Sophos/Aruba/Cisco) - installation and maintenance;
- Experience working with cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) – implementation, migration, maintenance;
- Experience automating IT infrastructure tasks
- Rapid adoption of new technologies and IT tools.

The salary consists of a fixed and variable part. The fixed salary depends on the experience, competence, certificates, and level of completed projects. The variable part depends on the quantity and quality of tasks completed and the achievement of certification goals. The salary ranges are indicative - individual conditions are discussed during the meeting.
