Systems Analyst

In this position, you will be expected to:

• Analyze business processes and their integrations between different systems
• Administrate and improve Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central solutions
• Collaborate with different departments of the company, identify needs and propose optimal solutions
• Collect, structure and document requirements
• Participate in new system implementation, integration and automation projects
• Test functionality and coordinate change implementation

The team expects from you:

• Experience working in a systems, business analyst or similar position
• Good knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technological processes
• Analytical thinking and ability to understand both business and technical needs
• Experience working with integrations, data flows or ERP systems is an advantage
• Ability to communicate clearly with teams from different areas
• Responsibility, initiative and independence
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English
