Nature of work
- Performing system configuration work – preparing and updating templates, forms, classifiers;
- System operation monitoring – recording incidents and malfunctions and assisting in resolving them;
- Testing system functionality after changes or implementing new solutions;
- Assisting in analyzing user and operational needs;
- Assisting in preparing and updating documentation related to the use of the system;
- Consulting colleagues and system users on issues related to its operation and use.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of information technology;
- At least a higher college education with a professional bachelor's degree or higher university education;
- General understanding of the principles of information systems configuration, change management, user service;
- Basics of information systems testing and attention to detail;
- Willingness to learn and deepen - not all competencies will need to be acquired immediately, you will be trained and supported throughout the onboarding period;
- English at B1 level.
