Nature of work

  • Performing system configuration work – preparing and updating templates, forms, classifiers;
  • System operation monitoring – recording incidents and malfunctions and assisting in resolving them;
  • Testing system functionality after changes or implementing new solutions;
  • Assisting in analyzing user and operational needs;
  • Assisting in preparing and updating documentation related to the use of the system;
  • Consulting colleagues and system users on issues related to its operation and use.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience in the field of information technology;
  • At least a higher college education with a professional bachelor's degree or higher university education;
  • General understanding of the principles of information systems configuration, change management, user service;
  • Basics of information systems testing and attention to detail;
  • Willingness to learn and deepen - not all competencies will need to be acquired immediately, you will be trained and supported throughout the onboarding period;
  • English language level B1.
