Description of responsibilities
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team and contribute to the support, development and improvement of business systems and applications.
In this position, you will analyze business needs, help translate them into technical requirements and solutions, and contribute to the improvement of systems and processes. You will collaborate with different teams, solve complex technical issues and contribute to the implementation of projects in a regulated environment.
This position is suitable for an experienced systems analyst who is able to combine technical knowledge, understanding of business needs and analytical thinking and who wants to contribute to the activities of an international life sciences organization.

Primary responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to the maintenance, development, and improvement of business systems and applications
- Design and implement system solutions and process improvements
- Resolve complex system and application performance issues
- Contribute to ensuring system performance and compliance requirements in a regulated environment
- Lead or contribute to interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with business, IT, and other teams to implement system and process changes
- Provide technical advice and share knowledge with team members
Experience and qualifications
- Master's degree or higher and at least 3 years of experience in systems analysis, business requirements gathering and solution design, or Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in these fields
- Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of Python or other programming language and practical experience required
- Experience working in accordance with GxP requirements, ensuring compliance with CFR 21 Part 11 requirements and working with validated systems in a regulated environment
- Advanced project management skills and experience leading interdisciplinary initiatives
- Experience working with ITIL processes and change management
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Fluent English
Skills and competences
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle) and business applications
- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting tools and database technologies (SQL, Oracle)
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities at once
- Good skills in working with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to use relevant technical tools and systems
- Ability to consult team members and provide technical leadership

- Professional certifications related to technologies or methodologies relevant to the position
- Additional foreign language proficiency
- Extensive experience working with ERP systems and business applications
- Experience working in an international and regulated environment
