- IT change management: Initiation, assessment, prioritization and coordination of changes (Change Management) in relevant systems from idea to implementation.
- Systems and process analysis: Assessment of business requirements, preparation of functional and technical specifications, process and system integration schemes (API, etc.).
- Management of dependent systems and incidents: Responsibility for the stable operation of assigned information systems, analysis of emerging incidents and problems, coordination of solutions with the IT team or suppliers.
- Implementation and dissemination of solutions: Monitoring the progress of IT projects, presentation of new functionalities to the business, user consulting, training and introduction of changes into daily operations.
- Search for innovations and solutions: analysis, experimentation and application of AI / Low-code / No-code tools to improve the efficiency of the company's operations.
We hope that you:
- Have experience in IT consulting, systems analysis, or IT change management;
- Enjoy communicating with business, are able to "translate" their needs into IT language and find the optimal technical solution.
- You are not afraid of challenges and view emerging problems as opportunities and like to find effective solutions.
- Have the ability to see the whole: connect business processes, systems and their integrations (API, data flows);
- Able to separate essential things from secondary ones and prepare clear, structured documentation (implementation specifications, process diagrams).
- Have experience and understanding of Incident / Problem Management, business continuity and be able to be responsible for assigned systems.
- You are willing to constantly learn new things, are interested in technology, quickly understand new areas and easily adapt to changes.
- Have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
Advantages:
