Main responsibilities:
- Assess the condition of physical and technical security measures of facilities, provide proposals for their improvement and implementation of safety requirements
- Plan, initiate, prepare and coordinate security system projects - from the implementation of new solutions to the modernization of existing systems
- Analyze the technology market, assess the proposed solutions, project benefits, budgets and risks, taking into account innovations and market trends
- Prepare technical specifications, tasks and procurement documents, initiate TAP maintenance, repair and installation service procurement contracts and ensure control and administration of their implementation
- Prepare project plans, manage their implementation, ensure the quality of results, financial feasibility and supervision of contract works
- Form and manage project teams, solve problems arising during the project, organize meetings and maintain contacts with project owners and other interested parties
- Administer and improve assigned operational processes, provide periodic and as-needed project progress reports to the manager
What do we expect?
- Higher/advanced education (preferably in the field of technology/social/science)
- Similar work experience
- Knowledge of the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating public procurement policy and organization
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Fluent Lithuanian
- English skills at B2 level
- Category B driver's license
- Having a project management certificate would be a great advantage
