We are looking for a Systems Tester/QA Specialist to join our IT team, help ensure the quality of information systems and AI solutions, and are interested in artificial intelligence and want to grow in the field of QA and AI testing.
In this position, you will work not only with the IT solutions team, but also closely cooperate with the AI product development team.

Nature of work:
- ensuring the quality of information systems and AI solutions, in collaboration with AI, analysts, programmers and other product development teams;
- preparing, executing and monitoring test plans, scenarios and test cases;
- performing manual testing and creating, executing and monitoring automated tests;
- testing API and system integrations and verifying the correctness of data exchange;
- analyzing test results, identifying discrepancies, documenting and monitoring the progress of their correction;
- identifying testing risks, assessing the scope of testing and providing proposals for improving the quality of products and processes;
- close cooperation with analysts, programmers, product managers and other teams throughout the entire solution development and testing cycle.
Requirements:
- you have a higher education in IT or a related field or equivalent practical experience;
- you have at least 1-2 years of practical experience in the field of software testing / QA;
- you have experience in testing APIs and working with Postman, Swagger or similar tools;
- you have experience in working with task, defect and test management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps or similar);
- you have experience or basic knowledge in the field of automated testing and a desire to further deepen these competencies
- you are able to independently analyze problems, identify their causes and clearly document the identified discrepancies;
- you are able to systematically and critically assess the quality of tested solutions and potential risks;
- you are able to effectively collaborate and communicate with analysts, programmers, product managers, business representatives and other teams;
- you are independent, responsible, diligent and focused on quality results.
We will consider it an advantage:
- practical experience in testing AI / GenAI solutions (e.g., LLM-based systems, chatbots, AI agents or their integrations);
- ability to assess not only functional performance, but also the quality, accuracy, consistency and behavior of AI results in non-standard situations;
- experience using AI tools in QA activities - for developing test scripts, test automation, defect analysis or other testing tasks.
