Shipment and Order Coordinator

We invite you to join the dynamic Shipment and Order Coordinator position, where responsibility, cooperation and initiative are valued! As a coordinator, you will be responsible for the shipment process of the Tele2 "Smart Master" phone maintenance center - you will communicate with manufacturers, suppliers and shipping services so that the parts reach the center on time. You will delve into the specifics of the devices and logistics management.

We hope that you will be interested in:

• organize orders for parts and shipment of devices (packing, sending through services, unpacking and internal distribution);
• monitor the balance of goods in the warehouse, perform inventory and utilize excess inventory;
• perform repeated inspection of repaired devices before sending them to customers;
• prepare various reports, record data in internal systems.

To be successful, you will need:

• 1 year of experience in coordinating shipments or orders (an advantage);
• excellent organizational skills to ensure that all processes run smoothly and on time;
• ability to work in a team and take personal responsibility for the tasks entrusted to you;
• a sense of comfort working at a high pace while maintaining attention to detail;
• good communication and problem-solving skills;
• good English language skills (written and oral; knowledge of Russian is an advantage).

Salary 1488 EUR (excluding taxes), with bonuses for good results, the reward can reach 2067 EUR (excluding taxes).
