An e-commerce company that manages the online stores Belsi.lt and Kunogunda.lt is looking for a responsible, diligent and motivated employee for packaging of shipments and administration of returns.
✅ JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Daily collection, packaging and preparation of customer orders for shipment.
• Administration of product returns and document management.
• Preparation and shipment of warranty goods.
• Preparation and shipment of returned goods to suppliers.
• Working according to clearly set daily goals – the number of packaged shipments and processed returns.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Reporting daily work performed and achieved results directly to the company manager.
• Other tasks related to the fulfillment of e-commerce orders.

✅ REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to independently organize one's work.
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve daily results.
• Honesty, orderliness and lack of bad habits.
• Motivation, initiative and desire to work and earn money.
• Ability to learn quickly and master new work programs.

🌍 LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
We are also looking for Ukrainian, Belarusian and other Russian-speaking candidates!
Knowledge of Lithuanian would be an advantage, but not necessary if the legal acts do not establish a mandatory level of language proficiency for the duties performed.
During work, it may be very rare to need to communicate with clients in Lithuanian. Employees who do not speak Lithuanian will be able to use ChatGPT and other translation tools to help prepare appropriate responses to clients.
