Nature of work
- Formation and development of the parcel delivery team
- Hiring, introduction and training of new employees
- Ensuring the efficient work and quality of couriers
- Ensuring compliance with the OMNIVA courier standard
- Control of undeliverable parcels
- Recording performance indicators, identifying problems and initiating solutions.
- Tracking changes in parcel flow
- Communication with other departments for information, problem solving and work organization purposes
- Ensuring and controlling employee safety and health
- Managing shift-related documentation
- Working hours: Monday–Friday (sometimes Saturdays).
- Working hours: 7:00-16:00 / 8:00-17:00 / 9:00-18:00
- Working place: Kirtimų g. 47, Vilnius.
Employee requirements
- Have successful work experience in organizing, planning and managing processes and team work
- You are proactive, like to make and implement suggestions for improving daily activities
- You are a positive, open to innovation and a person who strives to grow
- Have experience in applying LEAN or other management systems at work (we will consider this a great advantage!)
- You react quickly and purposefully to changing circumstances and are able to work in a fast-changing and dynamic environment
- Have good computer literacy and at least average English language skills. -Able to organize work, prioritize tasks and solve problems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
