The salary is calculated based on the price and completed production operations, with the possibility of earning additional bonuses, taking into account the efficiency and quality of work. In the first month, we guarantee a salary of at least €1,183/month, excluding taxes, and for employees with similar work experience in the upholstered furniture industry, we guarantee a salary of at least €1,478/month, excluding taxes, in the first month.
