Sewing workshop foreman

We are looking for a sewing shop foreman who is well versed in clothing sewing technology and is able to organize the smooth operation of the sewing bar.
Main responsibilities:
1. Organize and coordinate the work of 20 employees in the sewing bar according to the technological production sequence.
2. Distribute work to employees and control their performance.
3. Ensure product quality and timely fulfillment of orders.
4. Resolve technological issues arising in the production process.
5. Ensure the efficient operation of the sewing bar and achieve set production results.

1.Good knowledge of clothing sewing technology.
2.Work experience in clothing sewing production.
3.Ability to organize and coordinate team work.
4.Responsibility, organization and orientation towards quality and results.

1. Stable job in a clothing manufacturing company in Vilnius.
2. 8 hours a day, Monday-Friday from 7:00 to 16:00.
3. 2 400 Eur salary before taxes.
4. Bonus for good work results.
