Work location – Veiverių g., Kaunas
We expect from you
- ability to coordinate a small team and organize work on a sewing line;
- sewing basics and understanding of sewing processes;
- experience in the sewing industry (clothing or furniture production would be an advantage);
- teamwork, cooperation and a positive attitude towards work.
Waiting for you
- coordinate the work of the sewing team;
- prepare the cuttings for the sewing line;
- sort the cuttings into batches and ensure their smooth preparation for production;
- check the quality of the work performed and ensure compliance with quality standards;
- supervise that the sewing operations are carried out according to the planned production plan;
- coordinate inter-operational movement and ensure a smooth work process on the line;
- contribute to the implementation of new processes or solutions in the team.
