Responsibilities:
- optimization and implementation of sewing technological processes;
- preparation and maintenance of technological documentation;
- analysis of production processes, problem solving and increasing efficiency;
- operation rationing and calculation of working hours;
- employee training and consulting on technological issues;
- cooperation with product development, quality and production teams;
- continuous improvement of product quality and production processes.
We are looking for someone who:
- knows sewing technologies and production processes;
- is able to read and evaluate product design;
- has MS Office skills;
- is diligent, responsible and quality-oriented;
- knows how to work in a team and solve problems independently;
- has experience as a sewing technologist (an advantage).
