Your job would be to:
- Create technological sequences and descriptions of operations.
- Calculate operation times and assess their efficiency.
- Analyze existing processes and make suggestions for their improvement.
- Identify redundant actions in processes and look for more efficient work organization solutions.
- Consult and train seamstresses, practically demonstrate methods of performing operations.
- Assess the quality of raw materials, components and products.
- Cooperate with production workers and a team of technologists.
- Work both at the computer and in the production shop, ensuring the operation of technological solutions in practice.
We hope you:
- You have work experience in the field of sewing technology (advantage).
- You have worked in sewing, cutting or related production activities (advantage).
- You are able to read and analyze technological information.
- You know how to organize and structure a large amount of information.
- You are independent, proactive and focused on finding solutions.
- You are able to make well-reasoned decisions and take responsibility for your field.
- You have good communication skills when working with production employees.
- You have good English (at least C1 level).
