Monthly salary: €3,200.00 - €4,800.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop, review and improve the Anti-Corruption Management and Fraud Prevention System in the LTG Group of Companies
- Prepare and update internal legal acts related to strengthening transparency and anti-corruption environment
- Assess corruption and fraud risks, make proposals for their reduction
- Administer reporting channels, investigate possible violations and control the implementation of recommendations
- Consult employees on anti-corruption behavior issues, contribute to strengthening the culture of transparency
- Analyze conflicts of interest and improve declaration processes
- Evaluate internal draft legal acts from an anti-corruption perspective
- Prepare reports for management and organize training on transparency topics
What do we expect?
- Higher university education or equivalent
- Work experience in the areas of risk management, control or implementation of corruption/fraud prevention
- Familiarity with LST ISO 37001:2017 standard requirements
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating the creation of an anti-corruption environment and fraud prevention in the organization
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills (at least B2 level)
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Analytical thinking, teamwork
