What will you do?
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign results and identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of media strategies, channel selection and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers, strategists and client teams.
- Test new tools, solutions and platform capabilities.
What do we expect from you?
- 2+ years of Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
- Campaign planning, optimization and results analysis skills.
- Ability to work with multiple campaigns and multiple clients at the same time.
- Ability to argue decisions based on data.
- Knowledge of GA4 and basic tracking solutions (GTM would be an advantage).
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English skills.
