We are a group of eye surgery clinics that have earned the trust of our customers, successfully operating in Lithuania and Scandinavia for more than 20 years and consistently growing together with our employees.
We are looking for an experienced digital marketing engineer to join the existing team and help develop digital solutions in international markets (Lithuania, Scandinavia, etc.).
This is not a classic marketing position. In this role, digital platforms, web environment, SEO and AI-based working methods are part of everyday work, and decisions are made in a team based on measurable metrics.

What will need to be done
- Work in a team to implement growth solutions
- Administer, maintain and optimize digital platforms
- Maintain and develop websites, focusing on measurable solutions and good UX design
- Use AI tools for fast work
- Conduct experiments without a long development cycle
- Work with SEO, AI SEO and GEO, planning, testing and consistently improving organic visibility
- Work with analytics, helping to make data-driven decisions
- Provide suggestions, insights and comments, contributing to continuous growth
- Help ensure that solutions are implemented with quality and consistency
What are we looking for
- Experience working with digital advertising platforms
- Understanding how conversions, funnels and user journeys work
- Practical experience working with SEO and AI-based SEO solutions (AI SEO, GEO)
- Ability to not only execute, but also see the bigger picture and suggest improvements
- Mature communication and team thinking
- English language skills are a must
- The attitude that continuous growth and development are part of everyday work
- 3-5 years of real work experience (advantage – working in an agency)
