What will you do?
- You will contribute to the planning, coordination and implementation of BITĖ's digital marketing strategy
- Together with product managers and digital marketing agencies, you will coordinate the preparation and launch of digital campaigns: on the web and in the media, you will ensure that all elements are uploaded on time and correctly
- You will manage digital marketing and daily work budgets
- You will propose, integrate and manage new digital solutions
- You will contribute to the coordination and implementation of new company projects in e-commerce/online
- You will coordinate direct marketing communication - you will coordinate newsletter and SMS sending plans, target audiences and schedules
What do we expect?
- 2–4 years work experience in the role of a digital marketing project manager or in an e-commerce team
- Ability to manage processes and human resources
- Result orientation and quick reactions
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights
- Good GA4 skills - ability to navigate the system, understand data logic and interpret them
- Understanding how the Google Ads and Meta advertising ecosystems work, what CPA, CPL and other performance indicators are
- Responsibility, initiative and creativity
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (verbal and written), ability to work effectively and collaborate with other teams
- Ability to practically apply AI at work
