What are we looking for?

Are you an experienced digital marketing specialist with a strong understanding of social media, advertising, and e-commerce?
Are you a strategic thinker, not afraid to take initiative, and love turning ideas into results?
Then we invite you to join our growing team!

What are you going to do?

  • You will manage our social networks – from content planning to posting.
  • You will plan, manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
  • You will manage and develop our Shopify e-store.
  • You will contribute to the development of the e-store in other markets.
  • You will seek new customers and business opportunities using digital channels.
  • You will communicate with influencers, UGC creators and other partners.
  • You will collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, programmers and other team members.
  • You will contribute to the implementation of other marketing projects.
  • You will work in our office and physical points of sale – this is where ideas, desserts and celebrations are born.
This is not a remote or agency role – it is part of the internal team.

We will agree if:

  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Have worked with social media administration and Meta ads.
  • Have experience in administering an online store (Shopify is a big advantage).
  • You are not afraid to pick up a phone or camera and know or want to create high-quality photo and video content.
  • You are able to create engaging texts and write in correct Lithuanian.
  • You are able to plan your work and work independently.
  • You understand the main advertising indicators and are able to analyze results.
  • You are proactive, creative and result-oriented.
  • You value teamwork and want to grow with the company.
