Nature of work:
- Contribute to the implementation of the marketing strategy
- Administer the company's social media accounts, ensuring increased brand awareness
- Maintain and update the company's website
- Plan, create and send newsletters, ensuring regular e-mail marketing
- Analyze the results of ongoing campaigns and provide insights for improving results
- Analyze the market offer
- Provide recommendations on how to improve the visibility and image of services
- Actively contribute to the formation and implementation of customer acquisition strategies
Requirements for candidates:
● Similar work experience (at least 2 years)
● University education
● Good command of Lithuanian and English,
● Correct writing and ability to adapt text to different audiences
● Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems
● Experience writing SEO texts, website content, social media posts or advertising texts,
● Understanding how SEO works: keywords, meta data, heading structure, internal links, content optimization
● Ability to create content plans and communication calendars
● Analytical thinking and willingness to rely on data when making content decisions
● Experience working with newsletters.
