DIGITAL SECURITY EXPERT (ISO)

We are currently looking for a new team member to join the Digital Security team. In this position, you will contribute your knowledge to protecting green energy infrastructure from cyber threats, ensuring that the IT / OT systems used are secure and meet the applicable cybersecurity requirements. You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem:

• Coordinating the implementation of information security policy in all Ignitis Group companies;
• Consulting project teams on information and cyber security requirements, risk mitigation and best practices;
• Formulating non-functional security requirements for IT / OT systems, data networks and projects;
• Assessing the security of solutions, providing recommendations on data networks, cloud, IAM and data protection;
• Participating in information security risk assessments, incident analysis and gap identification;
• Collaborating with IT, risk management, business continuity, legal and business teams to ensure compliance with information and cyber security standards;
• Initiating security improvement projects, training and awareness campaigns.

• Higher education (preferably in information security, IT, cybersecurity or related field);
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity (e.g. security architecture, information security policy development and implementation, information security consulting), preferably working with IT and OT systems in the energy or critical infrastructure sectors;
• Ability to assess supply chain security risks, work with third-party security assessments and implement security measures;
• Experience with IAM, PAM, cloud solutions, network security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, SOAR, EDR and other advanced cyber defense tools);
• Knowledge of information security management systems (ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 62443, COBIT, NIST), Lithuanian and EU legislation regulating cybersecurity (NIS2, etc.).

An advantage would be:

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, GIAC GICSP, OSCP or other similar professional certifications;
• Understanding of SCADA, ICS (Industrial Control Systems) and other industrial control systems security;
• Knowledge of the specifics of cyber security in solar and wind farms.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 4,690 to EUR 7,020 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
