We are currently looking for an experienced expert to create and manage digital marketing projects for our portals.

We are currently looking for an experienced expert to create and manage digital marketing projects for our portals.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and implementing digital marketing projects;
- Structure and management of Meta Ads campaigns, audience segmentation, remarketing and development;
- Social media advertising budget planning and allocation, ROI monitoring and optimization;
- Testing different audiences, messages, advertising formats and creative solutions;
- Analysis of user journeys, conversions and digital marketing results, looking for opportunities to improve results and grow the business;
- Social media content planning, creation and maintenance (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
What do we expect from you?
- Have at least 4 years of successful work experience in the field of digital marketing, where you not only contributed to projects, but also independently initiated and implemented solutions;
- You are well versed in performance marketing and Meta Ads – campaign structure, audiences, remarketing, testing and optimization;
- You understand social media marketing, follow the latest trends and are able to apply them in practice;
- You have strong analytical thinking – you are able to explain what determines results, formulate insights and base decisions on data;
- You are well versed in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Canva and other everyday digital marketing tools;
- You are actively interested in and practically apply the possibilities of artificial intelligence in marketing;
- You have good communication and literacy skills and understand how content and advertising creation work in different channels;
- You have a strong hands-on approach and a lot of independence – you notice opportunities, suggest ideas, test and move from idea to result.
Your advantages:

- Experience in a startup or other organization where you had a broad marketing role and a lot of autonomy.
