What will you do?
- You will maintain and update the content of the company's websites and mobile applications
- You will ensure that the website content is correct, neat and works without errors
- You will work with minor HTML / CSS corrections (texts, blocks, design details)
- You will collaborate with designers, project managers, other teams - you will check the results, notice errors
- You will implement direct marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud: segmentation of communication recipients, e-mail creating and sending emails, SMS and push notifications, tracking campaign results
- You will contribute to creating customer communication journeys
- You will check the accuracy of data, texts and links (attention to detail is very important), analyze campaign results and make suggestions for what could work better
What do we expect?
- You understand how websites work and have experience with their content management (WordPress, Drupal, Magento)
- You have the basics of HTML and CSS (you won't have to program from scratch, but you will need to get used to the code and be able to adjust it)
- You have a basic understanding of UX/UI - you see what will be convenient for the user and what will complicate the journey
- You understand how direct marketing channels work - SMS, email, push notifications
- You are attentive to details and notice errors where others don't see them
- You are able to independently plan your work and meet deadlines
- You speak English well (many tools and documentation are in English)
- You have experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (a big advantage, if not - we will teach you)
