Digital Channel Project Manager

"Eglės sanatorija" is a leading, largest sanatorium in Lithuania and Northern Europe! The sanatorium is located in the nature-loving resorts of Druskininkai and Birštonas and other Lithuanian cities, where it has opened 11 new rehabilitation centers. We are currently recruiting a digital channel project manager to join the team.

Offices: Birštonas, Druskininkai, Vilnius.
We also offer a hybrid work model, so we are looking for candidates from various cities in Lithuania.

🌲Take full responsibility for the efficiency of the digital ecosystem – from traffic acquisition to conversion and customer retention, constantly analyzing performance data, optimizing channels and ensuring the achievement of set growth and commercial KPIs;
🌲Coordinate teams, ensuring smooth updates across all channels, and provide advice on digital content, customer experience and best practices;
🌲Oversee the creation, publication and ongoing maintenance of content across channels, ensuring its accuracy, relevance and exceptional customer experience;
🌲Monitor market trends and new technologies, constantly strengthening and developing the digital channel strategy;
🌲Effectively mentor external content creators and agencies and provide support to internal content owners, ensuring consistency, governance standards and brand integrity;
🌲Oversee the operation of the mobile app and actively participate in its development process, providing direction and initiating improvements;
🌲Ensure that all digital channels meet accessibility standards and are adapted to diverse audiences.

🌲Higher education in communications, marketing or a related field;
🌲Successful experience managing various digital channels - including websites, mobile apps;
🌲Collaborative, supportive and engaged team member, contributing to a positive and productive team culture, while taking responsibility for individual results;
🌲Proven ability to create and implement successful multi-channel content and engagement strategies, demonstrating the ability to engage and engage audiences.
