Main responsibilities:
- Implement important company projects related to the development and implementation of IT solutions
- Ensure compliance of projects with strategy, internal policies, procedures and standards
- Define project scope, objectives, results, risks, required resources in cooperation with stakeholders
- Ensure project implementation within the scope, budget and planned time frame
- Provide periodic project status reports to management and other stakeholders
- Initiate and execute timely public procurements to ensure system development/support, if necessary
- Formulate and manage business and technical requirements for IT teams
- Make decisions that meet the goals, direction, values of the organization
What do we expect?
- Higher university education
- At least 5 years of project management work experience, strategic IT project management is an advantage
- At least 2 successful project implementation experience (scope - streamlining business processes by migrating them to other systems/tools).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, certificate - an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage priorities, implement changes in the organization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation skills
- Excellent written and oral English skills (at least C1 level)
