We are a group of eye surgery clinics that have earned the trust of our clients, successfully operating in Lithuania and Scandinavia for more than 20 years and consistently growing together with our employees.
We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our marketing department and take care of website maintenance, SEO, marketing channels in international markets (Lithuania, Scandinavia, etc.).
This is not a classic position. In this role, SEO, website infrastructure and AI-based working methods are the basis of daily work, and decisions are made in a team based on measurable metrics.

What will need to be done
- Work in a team to implement growth solutions
- Administer and optimize digital platforms from the technical side
- Maintain and develop websites, focusing on measurable solutions and good UX design
- Use AI tools for fast work
- Work with analytics, helping to make data-driven decisions
- Conduct experiments without a long development cycle
- Provide suggestions, insights and comments, contributing to continuous growth
What are we looking for
- Experience in administering and configuring digital platforms from a technical perspective (CMS, integration management, system maintenance)
- Practical experience in maintaining and developing websites — speed, structure, stability, UX
- Understanding of UX principles and the ability to apply them when making technical decisions
- Understanding of how conversions, funnels and user journeys work
- Ability to not only execute, but also see more broadly and suggest improvements
- Mature communication and team thinking
- English language — a prerequisite
- The attitude that continuous growth and development are part of everyday work
- 3-5 years of real work experience (advantage — working in an agency or in an SEO-oriented team)
- Advantage: experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and broader marketing knowledge
- Advantage: practical experience in developing or implementing AI-based solutions — automation, AI agents or building integrations
