We are looking for a responsible, meticulous and reliable colleague who likes order, clarity and completed work. It is important for us that you are able to independently organize your work, pay attention to details, and communicate smoothly with clients and partners.

Your areas of responsibility:
- Communication with clients, collection of information necessary for the project and coordination of current issues;
- Coordination of websites and other digital projects from the beginning of the project to its implementation;
- Formation of tasks for specialists, coordination of their work progress and deadlines;
- Daily project administration: preparation of commercial offers and invoices, administration of project information and internal tables, assistance to the manager with organizational issues.
We hope that:
- Experience in project coordination, marketing or digital projects;
- Understand the process of website development and its main stages: from structure and design to programming, testing and website launch;
- You are well-versed in the WordPress environment; knowledge of WooCommerce and basic technical website principles is an advantage;
- You are able to independently plan work, coordinate several tasks at once, set priorities and meet deadlines;
- You actively use artificial intelligence (AI) tools and are able to practically apply them in everyday work.
