What tasks await:
- analyze work planning processes and used systems, identify problems and improvement opportunities;
- model and optimize processes, applying automation and digitalization solutions;
- collect, structure and document business requirements for IT systems;
- prepare functional documentation: business and functional requirements, user story, acceptance criteria;
- collaborate with the IT team, external suppliers and internal departments, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions;
- participate in the processes of implementation, testing and acceptance of IT systems and functionalities;
- contribute to the development of existing systems and the selection of new digital solutions;
- if necessary, participate in public procurement activities, preparing technical specifications and requirements.
We are looking for a colleague who
- has 2-3 years of experience in implementing or developing digital technology solutions (e.g., IT systems analyst, business analyst, project manager or similar role);
- has a higher education;
- is able to "translate" business needs into clear and measurable IT requirements;
- has experience in preparing functional and (or) technical documentation;
- understands work planning processes, operation and integrations of information systems (API);
- is able to think analytically and work with complex processes;
- communicates fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- focuses on collaboration, data-based decisions and is able to responsibly complete assigned tasks.
