Your responsibilities will be:
- lead the digital solutions and data team, organize its work, set priorities and ensure smooth cooperation;
- analyze business needs and processes, identify improvement opportunities and initiate appropriate technological solutions;
- organize and coordinate the development of automation and AI solutions, contributing to their implementation in practice if necessary;
- ensure the development of data solutions and reports, their quality and adaptation to business needs;
- coordinate, implement and manage IT projects and cooperate with business units, IT team, external suppliers and partners;
- initiate process improvement, assess the benefits of implemented solutions and look for opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
We are looking for a colleague who would lead the digital solutions and data team, help transform business needs into working systems, automations, AI solutions and data-driven insights. In this position, you will coordinate the organization of team work, the development of IT solutions, and cooperation with business units, aiming to ensure that technologies create real value for the organization.

We hope you:
- has at least 2 years of experience in developing business systems, implementing IT solutions or automating processes;
- has experience in organizing or leading a team;
- is able to analyze business needs, evaluate possible solutions and determine their priorities;
- is familiar with the principles of operation of business systems, automations, integrations and data solutions;
- has practical experience with Power Automate, Power Apps or other automation tools. API, SQL or programming basics are an advantage;
- is able to coordinate projects, collaborate with different teams and external partners and take responsibility for the result;
- is characterized by analytical thinking, initiative, communication skills and the ability to rally a team towards a common goal.
